cookie monster recipe:

dear ladies and non-ladies,

one week off school and I have definetly TOO much time.

so I decided to reach a new level of artistry…and start cooking!

steel yourself for my inundation of baked stuff ;) 

Of course I won’t present it simply in this typical artistic style

But also a motivation to also bake it.

24 cookie monster muffins:

5 eggs

250g powdered sugar

200ml oil

200ml egg liquer

500g meal

1 packet baking powder

1 pinch salt

chocolate sprinkles

muffin forms

marzipan raw mixture

chocolate drops

blue food coloring

biscuits 

 

let’s go…start…

start with the dough. you need the white part of the eggs and crack it. add powdered sugar, oil, egg liqueur meal, baking powder and salt and mix it for 3-4 minutes. furthermore fold in the white part of the egg and the chocolate sprinkles.

bake all 20 muffins for 20 Min. (170°)

 

when those baby-cookie monsters cool you can start preparing their EYES. all you have to do is to cute pieces of the marzipan and create small balls out of them and put a little drop in the middle. a good hint…cut a small crop into the muffin…now the MOUTH is born.

final steps. the cookie-monster still need it’s fur and for this you need sugar powder in which you drop shredded coconut and the blue food coloring, mix it! at the end brush the cold muffins with sugar powder and sprinkle the colored shredded coconut. finally but the eyes on the place and stick the biscuits into their mouth.
